Blueberry-Strawberry Cream Slush
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional for extra sweetness)
• 8-10 ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to blender. If using frozen fruit, reduce or eliminate the ice cubes.
- Pulse for about 10-15 seconds at a time until the mixture is at the desired consistency. If the slush mixture is too thin, add more ice. If it is too thick, add more juice.
- Serve and enjoy.
